Construction started over 9 years ago on the Mercantile Arcade Building just as loft developments were getting under way in Historic Downtown LA. This week, after many, many delays, it is finally open to the public.
AP Consulting LA set up office on the second floor this weekend and are ready to start seeing potential tenants first thing on Monday morning. The owners of the building want to lease fast and are willing to kill it on pricing. No one else in the neighborhood stands a chance on these prices per square foot. It’s a no frills building, with just the basics in terms of the usual amenities. However, the units are priced to move and almost every one has awesome views.
